Trainspotting is about a group of youths who turn to heroin so that they don't have to face reality. Living in a world of their own and not necessarily the planet earth.After a while of smoking heroin they begin to go through certain events which show the consequences of heroin and then want to take a big turn in life and switch back to reality and become on the right track.The director of the film is Danny Boyle who has als produced with the production complany film four 'Slum Dog Millionaire.'The budget of the film trainspotting was £3.5 Million.Channel 4 and Miramax films were the companies that made th film.Trainspotting was filmed in Glasgow but was set in Edinburgh.
